Happy Almost New Year!
To get 2012 started off right, deviantART will donate 30% of sales made between December 31st, 2011 and January 1st, 2012 at 11:59 PM Los Angeles, CA, time to the International Child Art Foundation. (Qualifying sales include purchases on deviantWEAR, Prints, Premium Memberships, and Groups.)
The International Child Art Foundation looks to employ the power of the arts for the development of children's innate creativity and intrinsic empathy -- preconditions for a better world. The New Year is a time for resolutions and with your help we can resolve to lay the building blocks for intercultural understanding and collaborative innovation through arts education.
Take part in our limited time only promotion and not only will you get deviantART goodies, but you'll also help ignite International Child Art Foundation's creativity revolution!
What is the ICAF?
The International Child Art Foundation (ICAF) has served as the art and creativity organization for children since 1997. The ICAF's concerted efforts to foster children's creative development and re-ignite ingenuity lays the foundation for intercultural understanding and collaborative work. They strive to provide free innovative programs aimed to enhance experiences that engage children to explore their world and their place in it.
