Check Your Artist ProfitsHello Premium Members!
Thank you for being a part of our Prints program. Tomorrow will be the beginning of our Black Friday sales weekend.
We ask you to review the prices you presently have set for your Prints on deviantART. If you sell above the default value of 20%, it is likely that your prices were changed during our recent base price reductions.
To update your prints, you must edit each piece of artwork in your gallery individually. While you are updating the piece of artwork, you may either update all of the items at once by changing the "Royalty Rate" on all products, or you may set the exact Artist Profit you wish to earn for each product and size you offer.
Thank you for reviewing this. We enthusiastically look forward to a great weekend!

Changes to the Prints Agreement
As part of a general review of the Prints Program we noticed that the Prints Agreement needed clarity.

We also wanted to clearly explain the impact of promotional offers on the Artist Profit.
More than two years ago we blended the Premium Print Program with the Premium Membership (they used to be different). We have now updated the language in order to better distinguish the differences between Premium and Standard Print Program features in the Prints Agreement.Finally, we fixed some word choices and grammar to make the Agreement a better read.
To compare the new Prints Agreement with the former Prints Agreement click here. (We've provided you with a helpful document that shows all of the language that has
Site Update: deviantART at Comic-ConIn our continuous effort to improve the deviantART experience, we're publishing weekly Site Updates to keep members informed and to gather feedback. Below is a list of recent changes to the site, bug fixes, and feedback that was brought up by members in the last Site Update.
deviantART is at Comic-Con!
DeviantART is at Comic-Con -- right now! Every year, Comic-Con International: San Diego hosts a huge gallery of artists in what's known as Artists' Alley, and we couldn't be more excited to sponsor the Alley for the fourth year in a row. Our aim has always been to keep focus on those who not only make the entire convention possible, but provide us with a world of entertainment across all media: the artists.

Community Operations Newsletter - July 2014Welcome to the latest edition of the Community Operations Newsletter. Following on from June's Newsletter, I'm going to provide you with further insight in to the Community Operations Department ., and the people who work there.
You asked for more statistics! As you can see, at times there may be more tickets solved than were reported, and vice versa. This can be due to a high number of tickets concerning a high priority, which may have resulted in a small backlog developing in a lesser priority area. I think it's also fair to mention that during this reporting period a number of Comm Ops staff have been out on vacation, and we have also assisted the Retail Department in day to day tasks.
In the Past Month we have received ;
928 Bug Report Tickets
2,065 General Help Tickets
4,394 CEA Tickets
